Responsibilities The primary duties of the Irrigation Lead include managing the planning and design of irrigation projects, coordinating and leading project teams, developing strategy for irrigation clients, driving engagement and activities across regions, and tracking the implementation of the national strategy. You will work independently as well as supervise medium to large teams of professionals and technicians, develop proposals, scopes of work, contract cost estimates, and mentor staff.
Preferred Qualifications
20+ years of water resources experience, with an emphasis on irrigation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
Experienced in developing and managing diverse teams.
Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
