Lead the evolution of Remote’s benefits platform, including internal tools and external integrations Conduct market and partner research to identify new provider integrations and expansion opportunities Define, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for benefit sourcing, enrollment, and renewal automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and system specifications Monitor performance and usage metrics to drive optimization and scalability across benefit systems Qualifications
Extensive Product Management experience, ideally in benefits, payroll, or HR tech Strong technical skills with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows Proficiency in SQL for validation, insights, and data strategy Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems Passion for remote work and global accessibility; fluent in English Preferred Qualifications
