We are currently looking to hire a

SOC Operator

embedded with our client in Seattle. The position requires full‑time on‑site work at our client's Headquarters in

Seattle, WA . The role primarily involves 4 days a week in 10‑hour shifts with 24/7 convergence for the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a skilled security professional to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) as a SOC Operator. The SOC Operator assists personnel in all locations worldwide with safety and security concerns, operates at tactical and operational levels, and supports highly confidential operations. The role utilizes an integrated security platform (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) to analyze potential threats and communicate critical information in a 24/7 environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review CCTV footage, investigate alarms, and respond by dispatching security patrol or alerting Fire services or Police as needed.

Assist employees with all client safety and security concerns.

Monitor travel safety and security of client employees.

Notify and coordinate corporate response by distributing advisories and other communications.

Intake, triage, and respond to active security incidents.

Notify senior managers and partner teams of relevant incidents, seeking guidance that informs subsequent actions.

Author, review, and publish security incident case products.

Engage with response stakeholders to dispatch local security resources, share information, and document incident details.

Manage multiple area access management security workflows essential to operational success.

Provide backup, support, and on‑call function as needed.

Perform other related duties and special projects as required.

Gather and prepare reports on individual and team performance metrics.

Conduct ongoing review of systems and sources to detect potential risks and proactively audit access control system connections.

Cultivate an intimate understanding of space functions, owners, and occupying organizations to apply the principle of least privilege (PoLP) to individual permissions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Associate’s degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, and/or Corporate Security.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.

Strong team player.

Flexibility to work all shifts and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative metrics.

This is a full‑time on‑site position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday, based on team size and alarm volume data trend analysis. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Must be able to legally work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in a Security Operations Center, TOC, or similar environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.

Experience with security systems, including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, at times‑stressed work environment.

Lenel access level management skills.

Comfortable with a high‑tech work environment and continual learning of new tools and innovations.

Data entry or coding skills.

Root cause analysis skills.

LOCATION & PAY Seattle, Washington – $35.00 per hour.
