Multi-Unit Team Leader

H&R Block . You will provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and lead customer-focused teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. This role is not remote and requires in-person work. You will start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January through April, with evenings and weekends as needed. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and development for associates across three tax offices Deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve office growth objectives for three offices Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates Create associate work schedules, ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management across all offices Travel between offices as required Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, including developing local partnerships and community involvement Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions Conduct timely performance reviews and coordinate with the Associate Relations Center to address performance concerns Build an engaging team environment through training and coaching across all offices Prepare tax returns as needed after successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment Your Expertise
People management experience with demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates Ability to execute growth plans and lead toward a growth culture Strong decision-making and judgment skills; capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Computer proficiency in MS Office Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns) Benefits
