Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Experience Support Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role supports the Customer Experience Center by performing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with phone-based communication, and skilled in data entry and system navigation.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to dealerships, service providers, and customers
Handle customer inquiries and cancellation requests
Enter data and invoices into internal systems (Mainframe, Salesforce Service Cloud)
Process financial change notices and check requests
Maintain customer accounts (e.g., due date changes, demographic updates)
Handle mail items and title work
Communicate via secure messaging platforms
Monitor and manage automation processes and exceptions
Generate and complete reports
Required Skills
Strong data entry capabilities
Experience with Salesforce and Mainframe systems
Excellent phone communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
Familiarity with dealership or service provider operations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience Level Entry Level
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
