Typical day includes: Controlling profitability through cash control, inventory management, labor management, and financial review. Recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of staff. Coaching and training employees for operational excellence. Conducting inventory counts bi-weekly. Maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent guest service. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.
