The Opportunity As a

Team Operations Manager , you’ll oversee the daily operations and scheduling of multidisciplinary teams responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and facility systems across a mission-critical data center campus. You’ll drive efficiency, enforce operational standards, and ensure seamless coordination among departments to maintain optimal performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development

Lead and develop a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff, ensuring strong collaboration and clear communication across all departments.

Train and mentor team members to meet operational standards, drive performance, and uphold safety protocols.

Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Ensure teams are fully equipped with the tools, resources, and training required for success.

Operational Oversight & Coordination

Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with service levels and operational goals.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Review and manage staffing schedules for optimal productivity and coverage.

Troubleshoot operational issues promptly, escalating when needed.

Process Optimization & Efficiency

Partner with leadership to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.

Implement best practices to maximize uptime and overall operational effectiveness.

Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust operations to ensure excellence.

Support ongoing process improvements aligned with company and industry standards.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze operational data and provide insights to senior leadership on performance trends and opportunities for improvement.

Develop data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and team outcomes.

Prepare and execute action plans to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

Safety & Compliance

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and promptly resolve any issues identified.

Promote a culture of safety through proactive coaching and risk mitigation.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing

operations in data centers or other mission-critical environments .

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams in high-pressure settings.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a solid understanding of data center operations and uptime requirements.

Demonstrated success improving performance, optimizing workflows, and achieving operational targets.

Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to report effectively to senior leadership.

Experience using

performance metrics and KPIs

to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$143K–$162K
