What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire pressure monitoring systems, product specifications and seasonality; demonstrates knowledge of Point of Sale systems and selling techniques.
Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology and systems to make decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information and training.
Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs; tracks and monitors returns and special orders; operates cash registers; maintains inventory accuracy, safety and compliance; reports complaints and safety hazards; completes required documentation; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, values the member experience, develops and inspires others; supports training and a respectful, team-oriented environment.
Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; uses related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
Completes work assignments by using policies and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; communicates progress and adapts to change.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry or retail experience.
