This role is a Highway/Roadway Project Manager in our Oklahoma offices, leading a multidiscipline design team to plan, direct, and execute transportation projects with schedules and budgets in mind.
Base pay range $80,100.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Base salary range for this position is $80,100.00 to $175,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
Knowledge of transportation projects
Strong client-facing project management with ability to deliver design projects and lead a team
Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
Technical design skills spanning contributing disciplines
Qualifications
Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
Experience in assisting with business development efforts
Ability and interest in mentoring junior staff
