As a
Highway/Roadway Project Manager
in our
Portland, Oregon
office, you’ll bring your expertise, intuition, and leadership forward in the planning, directing, and execution of our strong transportation project portfolio.
As a vital member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects where you’ll showcase your expertise with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You’ll grow professionally with us because we’ll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You’ll be leading a multidisciplinary design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
Strong client‑facing project manager with skills delivering design projects for local area clients
Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
Well‑rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have
Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
Experience in assisting with business development effort in leading client engagement efforts as well as identifying opportunities to grow a pipeline
