Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in strategic markets. Develop and direct activities to commercialize new applications and markets. Create compelling value propositions, product positioning, and cost-effective solutions for customer success. Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams for successful commercialization into new markets, applications, and customers. Effectively manage key opportunities, new product/market projects, and marketing launches. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand revenue, margin, volume, and market position. Enhance product portfolio to meet financial and sustainability goals. Build and manage effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Maximize customer and market potential, including revenue, contribution, volume, and market share. Manage post-sale processes to ensure implementation and follow-up, including marketing communications and sales training. Attend trade shows and maintain effective industry networks to support business development and new market objectives. Requirements

10 years of business or market development experience. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in plastics or materials sales, marketing, and/or business development. Experience in developing material solutions in manufacturing-centric conversion channels, including extrusion, injection molding, films, coatings, and composites.
