As we continue to expand across Florida, we’re looking for a driven Staffing & Recruiting Sales Executive who thrives in creating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships. About the Role:
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role with a lot of autonomy and room for growth. You will be responsible for generating new business across contract staffing and direct hire services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven success in staffing sales, confident in managing the full business development cycle, and motivated by building their own book of business. What You’ll Do:
Drive new business development in Florida by identifying, targeting, and engaging decision-makers in key industries Sell staffing and recruiting solutions across contract staffing and direct hire Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their workforce needs Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall growth of the agency What We’re Looking For:
3–4+ years of proven success in staffing & recruiting sales (contract business strongly preferred; direct hire sales experience also valued) Demonstrated ability to consistently bring in new business and grow accounts A true self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role with limited oversight Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Florida-based with the ability to work remotely and travel quarterly to our Jacksonville HQ Why Join Us:
