Responsible for 2-3 NCAA Division I sport teams at USC Upstate, with oversight from the strength and conditioning coach. Responsibilities include creating sport-specific strength and conditioning programs, meeting with coaches to discuss goals and concerns, conducting baseline and follow-up testing, weekly tracking of metrics, and adjusting programs based on data. Additionally, assist with a team not directly under your responsibility and create 10-minute presentations on topics like nutrition, performance psychology, and mental health for student athletes, within scope of practice as a strength and conditioning coach. Qualifications:
