Student Employee Position Description Advertised Job Summary: The Student Success Center needs tutors and supplemental instruction leaders. Tutors are needed for all disciplines except writing. Supplemental Instruction leaders are needed in Science, Mathematics, Business, and Nursing courses only. Tutoring will be assigned through the Student Success Center; hours are not guaranteed. Strongly encourage applicants for Science, Mathematics, Business, and Nursing tutoring positions. Positions are filled on an as-needed basis. A regular availability schedule is required. Qualifications Minimum GPA of 3.0. Must have earned at least a B in the course(s) you wish to tutor. Currently enrolled in at least 1 credit hour. Able to work 5 to 9 hours weekly. Provide two faculty referrals. Mandatory tutor training upon hiring.
