Responsibilities

Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates on tools, tasks, resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe, efficient customer service.

Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations; TPMS, Tire Pressure Monitoring systems, product specifications, seasonality; and Point of Sale systems and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.

Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tool, and supply needs to TBC Lead; tracks and monitors returns and special orders; operates cash registers, processes transactions; works hands‑on in the physical area, maintaining accurate inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards; reports complaints, safety hazards, and problems; completes paperwork, logs, and other documentation; ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored according to company policies; identifies member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; and resolves issues and concerns.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates the brand by valuing the member experience in the TBC area and modeling high‑quality service and products; develops, influences, and inspires others for working in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training team members; complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to change, learning from feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry, retail experience.
