Franchise Employment Statement
This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and is not part of McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but is a separate company and the sole employer. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in any employment decisions.
Job Summary Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth operations.
