Production Planning & Scheduling Business Owner ARP – Airbus Commercial Aircraft. Location: Mobile, Alabama. This role sits within the Process Excellence Warehouse team and supports final assembly lines and central teams to achieve production targets. You will identify process bottlenecks and develop agile, pragmatic solutions to drive planning adherence and supply chain performance. This is a dynamic role requiring the ability to influence change across a global organization. Meet the Team

We are a transnational team of specialized Engineers in Supply Chain & Logistics with diverse backgrounds based in Hamburg, Toulouse and Mobile. We are the Process Excellence Warehouse Team (PIX LW), the central team for standards, projects and strategy for Airbus Commercial Warehouses worldwide. Our responsibilities include warehouses in Germany, France, Spain, UK, China and the US, focusing on agile methodologies, planning tools, processes and data management, and the transformation of planning tools, processes and data management. Nearby on \'Airbus Way\' you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft, located at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley. The facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. How We Care for You

Business Owner ARP (70%)

Governance, compliance, and ROI of planning tools and processes. Collaborate with Plan and Schedule Production community to describe and validate new gap requests; assess compliance and match between ARP evolution and process FU.SD.01. Align business requirements with stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Supply, Logistics, Quality and Finance for cross-functional gaps. Analyze business impacts and establish risk mitigation plans. Prepare GAP Analysis AS-IS and TO-BE implementation @ G5. Animate the Business Community during design to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Participate in SAFe ceremonies; assess and provide business value for new developments. Support business acceptance tests and validate solutions. Lead communications and trainings content with relevant functions. Support process acceptance and impact analysis. Collaborate with other PIXP Business Owners across France, UK, Spain, Germany, and run mode.

Plan- and Schedule Production: customer support/focal point (30%)

Drive Operational Excellence by engaging local planning and supply chain teams to identify pain points and bottlenecks. Standardize planning processes to converge Master Production Scheduling and Demand Monitoring across programs. Foster collaboration with logistics, transport, procurement; maintain a strong planning community via events and digital platforms. Ensure data accuracy and monitor KPIs like OTA and OTD. Align with transformation projects (Optiflow, ARP) and promote best practices. Govern planning and scheduling processes; manage audit findings and long-term corrective actions. Lead involvement in major transformation projects including ARP and EWM.

Your Boarding Pass / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Supply Chain or related discipline; Master's degree preferred. 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Supply Chain Management or Project Management. Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing processes, and production management. Proven track record in lean/continuous improvement and influencing senior stakeholders. Operational experience implementing and optimizing industrial systems from concept to process management. Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and financial aspects. Hands-on SAP experience (essential). APICS certification desirable. Eligible to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 5%). APPLY online to take your career to a new level.
