Job Description Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an **Inbound & Storage Business Owner ARP** to join our Process Excellence Warehouse team in Mobile, Alabama.
As Business Owner Inbound & Storage, you will be responsible to ensure that process and IT systems are well connected in the frame of the ARP Planning, Supply & Logistics deployment journey in Mobile (US). In that respect you will be designing lean and robust logistics processes and translating them into clear requirements for the development of the IT solutions.
Meet the Team We are a transnational team of specialized Engineers in Supply Chain & Logistics based in Hamburg, Toulouse and Mobile. We are the central team for standards, projects & strategy for all Airbus Commercial Warehouses worldwide, covering Germany, France, Spain, UK, China and the US.
Your Working Environment Nearby on 'Airbus Way' you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019.

Your Challenges Business Owner ARP (70%)
Responsible for governance, compliance, and return on investment of our planning tools and processes.
Exchange and align on business requirements with Business Owners and focal points from other functions, mainly Manufacturing Engineering, Supply, Logistics, Quality and Finance.
Prepare GAP Analysis between AS-IS and T0-BE implementation @ G5.
Animate the Business Community and contribute to the design phase for good business understanding of the requirements.
Participate effectively in the definition, prioritization and planning of new developments with the SAFe development teams, by assessing and providing business value.
Support the business acceptance tests of new developments and validate the solutions according to the need.
Run proper communication and engagement of the relevant functions and validate the corresponding trainings' content.
Support the process acceptance and impact analysis.
Work closely with other PIXS Business Owners (France, UK, Spain, Germany, and also run mode).
Warehouse process: customer support/focal point (30%)
Driving Operational Excellence: Actively engage with local Warehouse teams to pinpoint and resolve pain points and process bottlenecks.
Standardizing Warehouse Processes: Ensure the convergence of all Logistics routines to a consistent standard across programs.
Facilitating Collaboration: Build and maintain strong links with key supply chain stakeholders and foster a strong supply community through dedicated events and digital platforms.
Ensuring Data Accuracy: Support the consolidation and verification of key performance indicators (KPIs) like Missing Parts and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Leading Strategic Initiatives: Ensure alignment with major transformation projects like Optiflow and ARP, and actively promote the exchange of best practices across the organization.
Process Governance: Lead the creation, maintenance, and surveillance of all Supply industrial processes and methods; manage audit findings and implement long-term corrective actions.
Transformation Leadership: Guide and oversee involvement in major transformation projects, including the ARP project, ensuring robust deployment.
Accompany your local customer to the PMR (Process Management Reviews) and be the point of contact on-site.
Your Boarding Pass (Qualifications)
Master degree level in Manufacturing/Supply Chain or a related discipline.
10+ years of related experience.
A solid understanding of end-to‑end supply chain, manufacturing processes, and production management.
Demonstrated experience leading lean/continuous improvement projects with tangible results and influencing senior stakeholders.
Operational experience in implementing and optimizing industrial systems from conception to process management.
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams, including financial aspects.
Hands‑on experience with SAP (essential) and extended knowledge required.
APICS certification (highly desirable).
Eligible to travel domestic and international 5%.
Physical Requirements
100% onsite (no remote).
Vision, hearing, speaking, and basic computer operation.
Capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, sitting, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking, and traveling as required.
