We’re looking for a District Shift Leader who will develop into a General Manager. The role involves managing a flagship location, supporting other bakeries, and preparing for future leadership of our stores.
What’s a day in the life of a District Shift Leader? District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market. Shifts begin as early as 3 am for bake‑and‑open duties. You’ll lead by example, serve as a brand ambassador, coach and train teams, and ensure high‑quality food, beverages, a clean environment, and safe operations.
The GM development plan covers inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, food‑cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. After the plan, you’ll be considered for a General Manager promotion when a location becomes available.

What We’re Looking for
Experience filling in for General Managers at other locations and accepting a permanent GM promotion when available
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred
Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends (starting as early as 3 am)
Background check clearance and a current, valid driver’s license
Completion of Crew Brands ServSafe Certification by end of the GM development plan (unless already certified)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire

Hourly Rate: $11.67 – $18.67 per hour (subject to local and state minimum wage regulations)
