who wants to grow under the mentorship of an established Director of Business Development. What YOU Will Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities

through research, prospecting, and outbound engagement, including cold calling, networking, and site visits. Support the sales pipeline

by qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and participating in presentations to prospective customers. Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development

on sales strategies, pricing proposals, and account prioritization. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for growth. Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the company’s CRM system. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new areas for potential business. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits as required. What You Need to Succeed

3–5 years of sales or business development experience

in a B2B setting, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing/distribution. Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the closing of new business deals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers at multiple levels. Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. What’s in It for You
