Quality Enhancement Specialist

to support our mission of promoting excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all programs.

The Quality Enhancement Specialist supports the Vice President of Quality Assurance & Risk in ensuring that quality improvement strategies and compliance practices are implemented effectively throughout the organization. This position coordinates quality assurance activities, assists with data management, and supports teams to maintain regulatory compliance and agency goals.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.

Pay range:

$22.00 – $26.00 per hour.

Essential Job Functions

Coordinate and assist with agency audits on case records and environments for assigned programs.

Support the PBS Leadership Team through data tracking and follow‑up actions.

Manage PBS/ISP data tracking systems and reports.

Serve as the Human Rights Committee Coordinator, ensuring meeting documentation and follow‑up.

Facilitate or assist with Risk Management and Safety Team activities and related initiatives.

Contribute to the preparation of annual management reports and agency goal data.

Administer annual client satisfaction and staff satisfaction surveys and compile results.

Assist with preparation for licensing and COA accreditation surveys.

Support the Adult Services Consent process and HIPAA compliance as assigned.

Oversee the day‑to‑day administration of the agency’s data system (Therap) and event reporting in HCSIS.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.

Knowledge of human service delivery practices and terminology preferred.

Knowledge of state regulations preferred.

Knowledge of Risk Management and Quality Assurance practices strongly preferred.

Experience working with PWS or other special needs populations preferred.

Ability to collect and analyze data.

Experience with Therap or similar data systems is preferred.

Valid driver’s license.
