As a Team Leader, you'll inspire your team, build client relationships, and manage a single H&R Block tax office. You'll lead, develop, and ensure excellent client service and office growth. Preferred Qualifications... Multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related fields 2+ years as a Tax Professional Responsibilities... Partner with District GM to develop growth plans and manage community involvement Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates Handle escalated client concerns Ensure proper scheduling and conflict resolution Lead daily activities, training, coaching, and team meetings Create work schedules and manage timekeeping Prepare tax returns as needed Conduct performance reviews and resolve issues Required Skills and Experience... Customer service or supervisory experience Experience managing people Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns) Continuing education compliance Proficiency in MS Office Ability to work independently, with resilience and a customer-centric mindset Flexible schedule and work assignments High school diploma or higher Benefits...
