What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer support to utility customers regarding energy efficiency programs
Handle inbound calls, scheduling visits, and customer enrollment across multiple platforms
Educate customers about program offerings and provide technical support as needed
Utilize support scripts and guidelines to assist customers effectively
Maintain performance metrics and personal progress data in real time
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
No attendance or punctuality concerns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center environment, particularly in inbound/outbound sales
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
