What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency initiatives
Assist customers with program enrollment, visit scheduling, and technical support
Navigate various support scripts and platforms to address customer inquiries
Engage in chat and email interactions as part of customer support
Monitor personal performance data in real-time to meet service goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum typing speed of 35+ words per minute
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive "How can I help you?" attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive work environment
