Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency programs
Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them about program offerings
Navigate multiple platforms to assist customers with tech inquiries and status updates
Handle chat and email interactions with customers as needed
Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
No attendance or punctuality issues
Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive environment
