Merchant Support Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) SUMMARY Select Bankcard is a payments technology provider based in Lehi, UT. We are actively recruiting for our Merchant Support Specialist position. Select Bankcard is looking for someone to bring their skills, personality, and hard work to the table to improve and grow with the company.

WHAT IS MERCHANT SERVICES? Select Bankcard helps businesses process payments, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and gift cards. From start to finish we facilitate the merchant’s payment processing capabilities: processing applications, setting up accounts, supplying equipment, performing account changes, troubleshooting product issues, maintaining risk, and handling disputes.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The Merchant Support Specialist position offers an annual salary of $42,000. The Job

The Merchant Support Specialist is the first contact for our merchants, maintaining business relationships by providing prompt and accurate support. This role is full‑time in our Lehi office, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Respond to emails and phone calls from merchants, sales agents, and other departments

Set up merchant accounts after their application has been approved

Program and deploy credit‑card processing equipment

Troubleshoot equipment issues with merchants

Create and improve knowledge‑base articles

Document departmental procedures

Take ownership of merchant issues from start to finish

Work on various merchant support projects

Qualifications

One year of customer service experience preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Effective time management, positive and resilient attitude

Excel experience a plus
