This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts, ensuring customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities:

Plan for each shift, monitoring performance and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards Monitor safety, security, and profitability Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements:

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older and have a flexible schedule. Benefits:
