Job Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Manager Responsibilities Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments achieve goals.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion to work in a fast‑paced environment are desired. Must be 18 years or older.
