Restaurant & Operations Manager
Lucky Strike Entertainment – Join our entertainment and dining team as a Restaurant & Operations Manager, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing operations, and leading a talented center staff.
Position Overview Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager in all aspects of center management. They oversee entertainment, food & beverage, property, and equipment while fostering a culture of high guest satisfaction and strong team development. This role is hands‑on, active, and a stepping stone toward a General Manager position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Make Guests a Priority #1
– Champion guest service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints in real time.
Never Stop Improving
– Hone operational execution, schedule staffing to meet daily needs, and maximize guest experience.
Take Every Opportunity
– Execute marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open‑play bowling, etc.).
Partner with Leagues
– Build relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and manage league administration.
Assemble an All‑Star Team
– Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff.
Show Off Those Management Skills
– Lead the team through motivation, delegation, and leveraging individual strengths.
Drive Food & Beverage Sales
– Oversee the center’s F&B program, maintain quality standards, train staff, and cultivate a sales culture.
Remain Flexible
– Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, extended days, and holidays as needed.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong supervisory skills for center operations staff.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication.
Exceptional people‑development abilities.
Customer‑service focus.
Knowledge of POS register systems.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment – walk, bend, stand for extended periods, lift objects with assistance as required.
