Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is highly organized. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting various administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and meetings as needed

Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation

Support other departments with administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Pay Rate:

$18 to $20
