ProSidian Seeks a Radiological Compliance Analyst [DOE0037036] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Radiological Compliance Analyst [DOE0037036] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities and Duties

Radiological Compliance Analyst for General Support Services (GSS) at Hanford Field Office (HFO). Analyze dosimetry, support ALARA planning, ensure compliance, and prepare reports. Location: Pacific Northwest Region; Worksite approximately 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354 (subject to change or remote work). Qualifications

Desired Qualifications for Radiological Compliance Analyst (DOE0037036): 5–8+ years radiological control; DOE preferred. Education / Experience / Requirements BS Health Physics or related; Rad Worker qualified. 5–8+ years radiological control; DOE preferred. This position aligns with Environmental Management Sector and Radiological Compliance Analyst functional area disciplines including Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance. Skills Required Program and project management support in daily business activities; activities aligned with Environment, Safety and Health and Quality Assurance Functional Areas. Dosimetry, ALARA, survey interpretation. Competencies Accuracy, risk awareness, communication. Ancillary Details of the Roles Maintain ALARA committee data packages. Functional attributes include Radiological controls/compliance. Job Tasks: Broad support responsibilities at Hanford GSS; staffing levels may vary by +/-15% during the period of performance. Travel: Travel coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing; in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security Requirements: Facility Clearances for ProSidian team and DOE clearance as indicated in the task description when required. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, Washington. Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computers, and required software provided on-site with some remote support as approved. Other Details
