ProSidian Seeks a Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst [DOE0114113] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst [DOE0114113] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities include safety basis, USQ, QA oversight, audits, assessments, regulator interface. This role provides services and support for Program Office #05 AMSE/AMSQ under Job Task #05.25 - Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst with Support Functions for Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering (Radiological Protection, Structural, Quality Assurance, Fire Protection), Technical & Regulatory Support Services across the Hanford Field Office (HFO). Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst: Reviews and evaluates nuclear safety documents, supports safety assessments, and provides recommendations. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity and safety of nuclear operations at the Hanford site, supporting HFO's mission to manage nuclear materials responsibly and sustainably. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 2 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role. The role is located in the Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Work site address (subject to change or remote work): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354. Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst (DOE0114113): 8–12+ years nuclear safety/QA; DOE nuclear facility experience required. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: BS Engineering/Science; advanced certifications preferred. 8–12+ years nuclear safety/QA; DOE nuclear facility experience required. This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector and Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst candidates principally support Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 05 AMSE/AMSQ. Skills Required: Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily business activities, initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 05 AMSE/AMSQ Functional Area Activities. Lead USQ evaluations supporting configuration control. Functional attributes of this role include Nuclear safety documentation. Job Tasks: Broad support responsibilities at Hanford Field Office (HFO); staffing levels may vary +/-15%. Travel: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance per Federal Travel Regulations. Security Requirements: ProSidian team members shall have a Facility Clearance; DOE clearance may be required for work. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA. Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computers, and required software provided on-site at the HFO facility. Other Details: Q clearance may be required.
