Position Summary The Supply Chain Administrator is involved in an array of projects and multiple tasks related to Resource Management and Purchasing Services.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Support: Performs various tasks to support the Contract Management team, including analytical functions, supporting pharmaceutical rebate distribution, custom report creation, participating in external/internal meetings, reviewing Group Purchasing Organization contract data, and maintaining departmental documents (procedure manuals, disaster plans, etc.).
Customer Service: Responds to questions and requests from departments and suppliers, handles credit applications, retransmission of purchase orders, and provides Marketplace Help Desk type services.
Special Projects: Assists with budget preparation, website updates, newsletter creation, supplier selection justification, repository management, and support for departmental check receipt processes.
Marketplace and Workday Functions: Manages vendor file setup, oversees commodity level contract compliance, handles ship‑to code requests, troubleshoots system errors with IT, monitors technology fees, participates in Marketplace releases, and processes special PO requests.
Document Reviews: Reviews directed purchase and check request documents for approval.
Reports: Prepares and/or reviews reports such as Cost Savings, Spend Analysis, Contract for Review, Revenue Tracking, and Grant Spend Data for federal agencies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment; typically sitting at a desk.
Uses standard office equipment.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and/or experience.
No specific certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred).
At least five years of related experience in a purchasing setting.
Analytical Thinking, Computer Literacy, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Multitasking, Oral Communications, Organizational Skills, Self‑Organization, written communication.
Salary Range $23.37 – $36.19 per hour (Grade G09‑H).
