Multi-Unit Team Leader at H&R Block. Lead three tax offices, providing leadership to customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. In-person, part-time starting in fall with transition to full-time January–April, including evenings and weekends as needed. What you’ll do
Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and develop, coach, and manage associates to deliver an outstanding client experience. Lead daily team meetings, set associate work schedules across all offices, manage timekeeping and labor planning, and travel between offices as required. Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, including developing local partnerships and community involvement. Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions. Conduct timely performance reviews and collaborate with the Associate Relations Center to resolve issues and address performance concerns. Build an engaging, multi-office team environment through training, coaching, and recognizing outstanding contributions. Prepare tax returns as needed after successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment. What you’ll bring to the team
People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates. Ability to execute growth plans and foster a growth-minded culture. Strong decision-making and judgment skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Computer proficiency (MS Office). Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns). Requirements & scheduling

The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $40.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
