What is Required (Qualifications)
Background in Payroll and Tax
People management experience with at least two direct reports
Minimum of 5 years in product management
Minimum of 5 years defining technical user stories and use cases
Familiarity with Agile processes and environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong background in project/program management
Experience building web‑based user experiences and platform capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
