Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes and preparing our warm, ready-to-serve rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items available. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You’ll help a family have a great meal as part of a team that offers customers more of what they love, for less. Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area. Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food. Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area. Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal productions; ensure food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
