Prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and ensuring rotisserie chicken is warm and ready. Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness for customers. Assist members with bakery orders and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Sweep and maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area; ensure quality and date control standards; dispose of lesser-quality products when needed. Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and organizing merchandise. What you will do
Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind. Be an Owner: Drive the area’s performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products and embody energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow Open Door Policy. Qualifications
