Be a Team Member.Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests educating other associates on tools tasks resources and mentor new technicians communicating and developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service. What you'll do
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring systems), product specifications, and seasonality; demonstrates knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in-person selling techniques. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product applications and training; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs; leads tracking and monitoring returns and special orders; operates cash registers and processes transactions; works hands-on in the physical area; maintains inventory accuracy, safety and compliance standards; reports complaints, safety hazards and problems with products, services and work areas; completes paperwork and ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored per company policies; identifies member needs and assists with purchasing decisions; resolves issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service and products; develops, influences and inspires others; works in a respectful, supportive and team-oriented style; helps remove roadblocks and assists in training team members. The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season or work performed).
