$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr Responsibilities

Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service. Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), product specifications and seasonality; demonstrates knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in-person selling techniques. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tool, and supplies needs; tracks and monitors returns and special orders; operates cash registers and processes transactions; maintains inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance standards; reports complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products or services; completes paperwork and documentation; ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored per policies; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service and products, and inspiring others; understands roadblocks and assists in training team members. Complies with policies and ethics: Follows Open Door Policy and company standards of ethics and integrity; participates in business processes and practices with accountability and collaboration.
