Job Summary
The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining, restoring floors, and operating industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions
Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance principles and procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing. Operate various industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for large floor surface cleaning. Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, including shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Ability to follow safety procedures. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Benefits
