Overview
The Front Desk Administrator at Prestage is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, the role creates a positive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain and update records, files, and databases. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Manage office supplies and inventory. Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, formatting documents, and data entry. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are clean and organized. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience
Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred. Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and friendly demeanor. Punctual and reliable. Bilingual is preferred but not required. Benefits
