Handle a high volume of calls with careful attention, a friendly voice, and empathy. Gather information via listening and document interactions accurately. Use a can-do attitude and genuine dedication to helping people; provide a supportive, professional experience and build client relationships. This is an in-office position. Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar, and diction A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern Active listening to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully Ability to ask appropriate questions Ability to converse with various personalities and collect pertinent details to determine viability of claims Accurate and fast typing skills PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age Shifts

Split shift - Full Time, 40 hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7am-11am & 3pm-7pm, Sunday: 9am-6pm You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week You must be punctual with great attendance Benefits

English: $17/Hr Spanish: $19/Hr Training and Status
