Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Able to work well in a team and independently. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus. Motivated and eager to contribute positively to our team. Benefits
