Student Conduct Coordinator (Hybrid) – Student Affairs Join Washington University in St. Louis as a Student Conduct Coordinator. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission through resources and experiences outside the classroom that prepare students for lifelong success.

Position Summary The Student Conduct Coordinator manages and adjudicates student conduct cases while supporting the overall student conduct process. The role ensures timely and thorough case management—from intake through resolution. It also supports federal compliance, including the Clery Act.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Hearing and adjudication of student conduct cases.

Maintenance of case management system.

Student conduct board hearing coordination and administration.

Perform student conduct checks.

Student conduct code outreach educator.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment.

Ability to travel to various on- and off‑campus locations.

Typically working at desk or table.

Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.

Office equipment.

Education & Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree. Residential Life/Campus Life experience (1 Year). Case Management Software, Clery Act Compliance, Data Compilation, Ensure Compliance, Information Compilation, Oral Communications, Organizing, Regulations, Residential Housing, Student Conduct, Time Management, Written Communication.

Salary Range $23.37 – $36.19 per hour.
