Barco . This position supports the Meeting Experience business unit on the Clickshare team. We prefer candidates who reside in the Mountains and Plains Region (CO, UT, KS, MO, MN) as the primary location. Responsibilities

Effective demonstration of Barco technologies to end-user accounts. Perform product demonstrations at sites to highlight product differentiation based on operational and financial factors. Build relationships with local channel partners to grow Barco\'s business practice. Achieve regional sales targets and track opportunities from discovery to close. Effectively communicate the company\'s value proposition with key decision-makers. Prospecting, evaluating opportunities, presenting our products, strong negotiation skills, cold calling, product selection, and supporting the customer\'s purchase to land new business. Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. Research the needs of other companies and identify decision-makers for purchasing. Cultivate new customer relationships and maintain focus on current customers to expand the business. Detail technical product features, benefits, and attributes to various staff positions in enterprise customers. Manage sales pipeline and forecasting activities through the corporate CRM; execute territory channel plans in coordination with Barco\'s channel organization. Qualifications

IT/AV and/or capital equipment sales experience required; experience with software, wired and wireless networks, and enterprise software solutions is preferred. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales/industry experience with quota responsibility in a role requiring complex selling. Excellent phone and presentation skills; proven demonstration skills of technical products; successful, documented sales track record. Able to travel up to 50% (local/regional site visits; some travel for tradeshows and meetings). Completion of professional sales training courses is strongly desired; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM is required. Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively; must live in MO, KS, CO, UT, or MN (territory). Compensation and Location

For Colorado, the salary range is between $100,995 and $123,388 annually. This range is a general guide and the actual offer will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for commission and/or bonus pay. Diversity and Inclusion
