Key duties Be a Team Member: Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible. Track goods, keep in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
Be an Expert: Understand quality specifications, prepare products (trim, crisp, package, scale) to standards, maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines, and follow regulations.
Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve experience.
Be an Owner: Drive area performance, use inventory management, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, and assist customers.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high quality service, execute basics at a high level, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion, comply with policies and ethics, collaborate with partners, identify priorities, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
