What you'll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and adapts to business needs.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drives performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Serves as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify and address roadblocks.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; applies open door policy in business processes and practices.
