Are you a detail‑oriented leader who takes pride in seeing jobs run smoothly from start to finish? Do you enjoy being out in the field, coordinating with crews, and making sure work is done right the first time? On Tops Roofing is looking for a Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential roof replacement projects and ensure every homeowner receives a smooth, professional experience.

At On Tops, we’re a family‑owned business that’s been serving North Carolina for over 30 years. Our team values honesty, professionalism, and growth, and we’re looking for individuals who want to build a long‑term career with us.

About the Role As a Roofing Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractor crews, communicating with customers, overseeing safe and quality work, and reporting back to the team on job success. On a typical day, you’ll:

Oversee installation quality and ensure work follows company standards

Perform daily safety checks and enforce company safety procedures

Communicate with homeowners throughout the job to manage expectations

This is not a desk job. You’ll spend your days in the field, interacting with customers, overseeing jobs, and preparing for upcoming jobs, while also being the face of On Tops in the community.

Roof access is not a daily requirement for this role, but the ability to safely access a roof when necessary is preferred.
