The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. As a Delivery Consultant, you will architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to customer needs, gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers on industry trends and emerging technologies and leading the implementation process while optimizing performance and managing risks.

About AWS ProServe The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and deliver focused guidance through global specialty practices across various solutions, technologies, and industries. Key responsibilities

Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts Basic Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field 3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) 3+ years in areas such as application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, cloud security, AI security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing 1+ years automating security operations, including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, and implementing security policies as code 1+ years in advanced incident response, including leading detection/analysis efforts and managing eradication processes Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and building applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes) Experience with automation via devops scripting (shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) Experience with compliance and security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST) Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions (WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, SIEM) Who we are
