Delivery Consultant – Security

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join its Professional Services (ProServe) team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot support throughout project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Mentor and provide training, creating reusable artifacts and sharing knowledge within the organization.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on a cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.).

3+ years of experience in application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, mobile security, cloud computing and security, AI security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.

1+ year of automating security operations, including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, automating security assessments and remediation workflows, and implementing security policies as code.

1+ year of advanced incident response experience, leading detection and analysis efforts and managing eradication processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.

Experience with DevOps scripting (e.g., shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell).

AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred.

Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions (WAF, IPS, Anti‑DDOS, SIEM).

Experience with compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
